Comfortable room, good breakfast, with a fantastic selection of pastries, fruits, and cook-to-order options that really enhanced my mornings and provided a great start for exploring the area, conveniently located just 5 km from key attractions.

the fact that they do not provide free parking. They bill you after you have used the parking. need better towels A certain front desk manageress was very rude to my wife and i.

Great location near Union Buildings and park.

When I finally got my room, the amenities were lacking and not up to standard. The staff seemed indifferent, which really dampened my experience.

Its location was magnificent and tranquil, in an area other than the grand Union Buildings, and in a beautiful area. Comforts of large and vintage double room with stunning view of the union bildung were fabulous.

Breakfast was splendid and great, really enjoyed the location.

This hotel is stunningly beautiful, has kind employees on your services and staff. The room itself was fairly quiet and very specious with stunning view of the union bildung and had the things we needed.

On arrival we were told that our names were not on the arrival.We were so inconvenienced and embarrassed.We were made to take rooms at a higher cost.It took querel to sort things out on the day we checked out.

Such good value for money, awesome ambiance, and clean comfy rooms. I really enjoyed my stay and apreciated the friendly staff. Breakfast had a great variety of foods, made mornings nice.

the hotel is a bit outdated, and the wifi was really slow sometimes.

- Check in time: 2pm is clearly unfriendly, R400 for early check in - surely? - Food & beverages not value for money, way too expensive. - Bathroom supplies - soap, vanity packs not adequate but you get some when you request - Billing : Prices quoted in room service menu different from bill - Most international Hotels offer free Internet. Your 45 minutes free Internet is inadequate

I liked the room size, mini bar, the view from my room.

The pool area was unmaintained, but I found the room well appointed and spacious.

The nearby authentic Indian restaurants were an absolute culinary gem. Plus, the excellent bed.

While we did notice a challenge with towel replenishment, some days we'd make do without, the overall feel of the place still had a shine and comfort to it.

It has a very relaxed feeling which is what we needed after our long drive.Your staff were so helpful and kind to us and made us feel very welcomed the moment we arrived at the front door...All your staff are a real credit to the hotel and we will be staying with you next time we are in town.

This is not 5 star quality, I stay a lot in 5 star hotels, very small but expensive buffet, breakfast 3 star quality. I was booked into an occupied room, very,very noisy, poorly trained staff. not up to standard

We appreciated this wonderful hotel with pretty friendly staff at reception desk...

Physical building, interior and classic room excellent.

Front staff not attentive enough as had to ask to be served and had to carry our own bags up to the room. Magnolia restaurant chef left a item off of our dinner plate and did not bother to come out to us when we took it up with waitress and we were the only two people at that time in the restaurant . Dinner was spoilt!
